We put ART in pARTY! We offer private group events for bachelorette/baby showers, office parties, ladies night out, date night, and birthdays! You name it, we can do it! As a host you will need to provide adequate tables and chairs for the event. We will need an extra table for demonstration. We will also need access to a water source to fill the water cups about an hour before the event for proper set up. You will be responsible for the food and beverages. We can suggest one of our venues or host at our Studio. Food/beverages are extra. Events average around 2 1/2 hours. You choose the painting from our gallery. We require a minimum of up to 10 people or $300 for a 16x20 canvas. At the time of booking a $100 private party fee is required to save the date. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Acceptable forms of payment are all major credit cards or cash (we do not accept checks). A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if a painting pARTy is canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date. Events are reserved in 2 to 2 1/2-hour blocks. Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to your event so that you can arrange food, wine, and any decorations you may have. For On The Gogh parties, we ask that your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time so that the instructor may begin as scheduled. If a class cannot start on time we may charge you an additional $100 late fee. Hosts of parties receive a gift certificate for a future class!
Suggestions for Corporate Events
LEAD US TO WHERE? Both the team leader and team member will be given the opportunity to instruct the group on how to complete their painting without showing the group the original painting. Using only their communication skills, they will be asked to help the group create their paintings. TAG TEAM: Instead of completing your own painting, you complete a step, then pass your painting to your neighbor to complete the next step. At the end, everyone has a painting to take home that their co-workers helped complete or to hang in the corporate office. This teaches cooperation, social skills, learning styles, benefits of collaboration and offers a social learning environment. GROUP CANVAS: Your group paints a large canvas to display in your business. Custom corporate logos available upon request! 30x40 canvas $500.00 36x48 $800.00. One Mural for every 20. This event is structured to develop solid teamwork. Each group will be tasked to create a painting. But the artists will rotate by time or color. Working together to create their masterpiece. SIDE BY SIDE: This team building event is structured to develop teamwork and communication skills. Each team member will be given a painting to create, but each team members painting will need to connect to their team members painting. So that when all the paintings are set side by side, they create one larger painting. OPEN PAINTING: This team building event is designed to give the team time to be together without the stresses of their day. Allowing them to relax in each others company and enjoy their time together. CLASSIC: Our artist will walk the class through the painting of your choice with step-by-step instructions. Everyone completes their own individual painting to take home after the class. SHARED TEAM BUILDING: Packages where participates work on large mural or 6x6 canvases to create a large mosaic. The experience offers beautiful illustrations of company collaboration and is perfect to color the walls of your office. Give us a call so we can come up with the perfect project.
These are also great activities for FUNdraisers. Let us help you raise money for your favorite charity or organization. Contact us so we can create a fun and memorable event. $40 per person for a 2 hour instruction class. We give back $10.00 per ticket sold to the host organization.
Kids paint a "kid friendly" painting on a smaller canvas (11x14) while listening to music and socializing with their friends. The price for up to 12 kids is $300.00. Additional guests will be $25.00 per person. Studio opens 30 minutes early to set up and decorate. Includes 2.5 hour party time with artist instruction. Instruction will last approximately 1.5 hours, with plenty of time for cake and gifts...etc. A table for food/snacks/gifts will be available. You select your own featured painting from our library. Parents are welcome to observe their young artist from a distance. Kid's events are perfect for birthday parties, sports team banquets, holiday celebrations, and family get togethers. We host groups both big and small. And we can host events indoors or outdoors at one of our venue partners or a venue of your own. Paint Sip & Inspire is proud to bring art back into children’s lives. We furnish all the painting supplies, instruction, and assistants to lead kids step by step to walk away painting in hand. This rewarding experience is an invaluable opportunity not only to expose kids to the joy of painting but also the self confidence of expressing themselves through art.
